Lemon margaritas anyone? We’re rustling up some lemonitas this weekend using the @marksandspencer recipe.

1. Make sugar syrup by mixing 50g sugar and 50ml water in a saucepan, gently heat until all the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and cool.
2.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, pour in 100ml of tequila, 60ml lime juice, 1 tsp Preserved Lemon Paste and add 40ml of your sugar syrup.
3. Shake well and then strain into glasses – this recipe serves 2. If you haven’t got a cocktail shaker simply use a large jug! —
